Unlimited national voice plan subject to fair use rules. If fair use rules are violated (mobile phone connection to SIM BOX, switchboards, etc.), the following tariff will apply: Call setup: €0.18, plus €0.09/minute. After the international voice allowance is exceeded, the call and connection cost will be the standard cost for each destination.
Data Roaming in Zone 1
This plan includes, within the FUP (Responsible Use in Roaming) policy, a maximum of 12 GB of data usage at maximum speed while roaming in Zone 1 (European Economic Area). Specific roaming conditions apply, included in the specific contract terms and conditions.
Optional Products
You can purchase optional data bundles of 500 MB, 1 GB, 3 GB, 5 GB, 10 GB, and 20 GB in case you run out of data and need to continue browsing at maximum speed. You can also purchase recurring international bundles of 100, 300, and 600 minutes.
Others
No contract term. Bundle renewal period and rate changes are made at the beginning of the cycle on the 1st of each month. Special services, international services (except those included in bundles or international rates), roaming, SMS, and directory services are subject to specific contract terms and conditions. Prices include IGIC. Accumulated data is the first data used each month. Accumulated data cannot be used in RLAH (abroad). Accumulated data can only be used in the following month. It will not be carried over to other months. Only unused GB (domestic traffic) from the main plan will be carried over. Unused GB from other types of products such as additional bonuses, promotions, etc. will not be carried over. Accumulated data is calculated based on the customer’s contracted rate at the end of the month (except for changes scheduled on the first day of the month). If a rate change is made, accumulated data from the previous month will be lost.
